By accessing or using the Coastal Permit Group website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Coastal Permit Group provides permit expediting, coordination, inspection scheduling, and related consulting services in Palm Beach County, Florida. We act as a facilitator between you and local government agencies; we do not guarantee permit approval or specific timelines.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Permits and Government Interaction
All permits are ultimately issued by the relevant government authorities. Coastal Permit Group assists with preparation, submission, and follow-up, but final approval rests with the issuing agency. Fees paid to Coastal Permit Group are for professional services and are separate from any government filing fees.
5. Payment and Refunds
Fees for our services are quoted before engagement and are due as specified in your service agreement. Refund policies, if any, are described in the applicable service agreement or invoice terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Coastal Permit Group and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coastal Permit Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
